Do we accept return and refund?
- In the case of placing an order of the wrong model or color of our product(s), we would be unable to change or return the product(s). Please make sure before you place an order that the purchases are correct.
- In the case of refunds. Customers must inform us within 24 hours after the parcel(s)’s status has been updated to “Delivered”, only!
Along with taking a video of the product(s) being unboxed to use as evidence showing any defects from the production or delivery of the product(s), only for broken accessories and torn fabric. If there is no evidence mentioned above, the claims will not be taken into consideration.
- Once we considered the claims and the defects only apply to some part of the product(s), we will deliver a spare part of that which is defected to you for restoration. Which will be delivered through a World Wide Express system taking around 7-10 working days.
- In the case that the customers are not yet satisfied with our preliminary fixes, still request a refund but do not wish to return the purchased item. We will only be able to refund equal to, or not exceeding the cost of the defective accessory that met our criteria. (E.g. if a customer purchased a pair of seats for US$2,200 and the fabric on the bottom of the seat is defective. If the defect meets our criteria and cost US$150, the customer will only be able to refund US$150)
- In the case that the customers claim a full refund. The refunds could only be claimed for the cost of the product, shipping costs will not be included in the refund. Thus, the customer must return the product in its original state. After we have received the returned product, along with affirming that the product passes the criteria of return, we will proceed with the refund within 7-10 working days.
- In the case that the product has issues in deliveries, such as being slow or lost, you may contact SRRXSEAT for inspections within 7 days after the dispatch. If done later than the specified time, we prohibit any types of claims.
- We will only do refunds through PayPal.
- In the case of the delivery of the returning product(s), the purchaser must be responsible for all transportation costs.
Due to the nature of Retro Recaro Seats being restored products, it is sold according to its condition. All the seats we sell have been inspected and confirmed that the conditions are well and are working properly. There may be slight declines in the product’s quality from its original state due to the normal aging process of the product. These are not considered to be defects and do not meet our criteria of our products having the presence of any issues. Please take into account and accept our policies before purchasing.
